PLEASE NOTE: This camp’s “home base” is at our new Nursery building in the classroom. What that means is that drop-off/pick-up will be at 1100 Arboretum Drive, NOT the Museum.
Discovery Camp: Built for Survival!
Monday – Friday, July 6 – 10, 9am – 4pm
Get ready for the ultimate survival adventure, where you become an explorer, engineer, and space pioneer all in one week! Campers will build mini shelters, learn to use a compass and the sun like true adventurers, filter water, and discover how animals & people from the past survived in some of the harshest environments on Earth. From observing local wildlife to imagining life on other planets, get ready to build your own skills along with learning when teamwork is the key to making it through any challenge.
Registration Fee: $225 for members and $250 for non-members
