Experience the Magic of the Turtle Express at Turtle Bay Exploration Park!

Join us for an unforgettable adventure aboard the Turtle Express, a delightful narrated ride showcasing some of the park’s most scenic locations. Enjoy spectacular views as you journey across the iconic Sundial Bridge, pass alongside the picturesque Sacramento River, cross the charming Sulphur Creek Bridge, and explore tranquil paths through the beautiful Arboretum Loop filled with local flora.

Tickets

Members (Ages 1+): $5 per rider
Non-members (Ages 1+): $6 per rider
Ages 0-1: Free

Riders aged 0-1 must sit on the lap of a responsible adult. An adult must accompany riders aged 15 and under. Riders aged 16 and older may ride unaccompanied.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accessibility

The Turtle Express proudly offers a spacious, ADA-accessible caboose that accommodates wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Important Information

- Drinks are allowed on board; food is not permitted.
- Service animals are permitted within the park but are not allowed on the ride itself.
- Maximum passenger height: 6'3"
- Maximum weight per occupant: 260 lbs
- Maximum wagon load: 450 lbs (6 passengers per wagon; 7 passengers in the caboose)
- Hours are subject to change due to weather, attendance, and unforeseen maintenance, etc.

Parking & Boarding

Convenient parking is available in the main Turtle Bay parking lot. Boarding occurs at Domke Plaza, South of the Sundial Bridge, adjacent to the Branch House Riverfront Bistro’s outdoor patio.

Ticket Policy & Refunds

Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time. Turtle Bay does not offer refunds, exchanges, or rain checks.
